as long as they dont have you on report saying anything stupid like"yes sir, i was street racing", you will most likely get out of it. and if he didnt clock you, then the speed they assumed you were goin wont hold up in court for shit. this is all assuming you guys didnt say anything incriminating........................but get a lawyer.

It doesn't matter what you say- its what the officer saw. Oh, and his cruiser speed, without clocking you, will hold up in court, especially if he has the documents to certify that its been calibrated.

Yeah lol, there is pretty much no way around this one. It is pretty much impossible to go against a cops word. A lawyer is the best bet, but at most this will just soften the blow a little.
