Call them back and tell them you want to charge the ID holder with littering.

Glad to hear you are sending it to Tommy and Rumble. It would be hilarious if they got this guy's number and made a phone call on the radio one morning asking him where he was on the night of the break-in!

Good luck on your quest to get this guy busted.

norfolk cops are pricks dude, i was in an accident were some girl hit my car and ran at macarthur center. when the officer got there he didnt give the girl any tickets and i proceeded to protest, i didnt get nasty but i think his exact words were "if you say another word im going to put your f***ing face through that windshield" so yeah i called his superior and wouldnt you know it nothing happened to the officer

I find this very hard to believe. Norfolk cops are perhaps the most laid back and lenient cops for traffic issues in the 7 cities.

I beg to differ. I had my house broken into one night, and when the police came, they did nothing to help. They watched the guy who broke in attack my best friend and then proceeded to beat them both with a mag light. He also kicked my friend in the side after he had handcuffed him on the ground. Note- this is on ODU's campus. No justice was served that night, And I saw no protecting and serving either. I'm guessing youve seen the opposite, but I guess it just comes down to luck. But thats just my .02 cents
