Default Light surface scratches in alloy wheels? Removal?

The weather from the past few weeks seems to have put some light swirls of scratches on my wheels, they might have happened while cleaning there was so much road dirt, grime and salt from the past few weeks that it was practically like black mud coming off of them. Is there anyway to get these out? They are not deep at all, like hair thickness. I am very saddened by this, I have only had the car for about 5 months.

try Meguiar's fine cut cleaner, that will usually get out fine scratches
