WRONG! it will have a 6.1 nad offered in a 5.7 but the anniversary with have the 6.6 hemi according to all the write ups!

They make a 5.7 and 6.1 currently. However they don't make any 6.6's. I'll believe it when I see it.

I've read in two Motor Trends that GM is thinking about sticking the LS7 in an SS Camaro to compete with the GT500.

The weight will hurt it, but it's not like the 4th gen was a victim of anorexia. The Z28 is supposed to have the LS2, so obviously GM is giving the car more power since it has more weight. I'm sure the base model V8 will be just as fast if not faster than a 4th gen.
