You should know that you have to go to the DMV to re-instate your license after it's been taken away.

i know exactly what to do, you think i have a lawyer and havent even talked to the courts or dmv. been there done that. I wasn't seeking legal advice, i was simply asking anyone if they have had a similar charge so i could know what to expect. I know what the maximum penalties are, but it's rare for them to give a harsh sentance like that to a first timer. and yes, i will

 

Why would you use plates that are registerd to another car, to a cop first thing that comes to mind when he pulls you over and the plates dont ,match car is possible stolen. Why didnt you just go to DMV and have them transfered over to your new car???????? Seems to easy to me.

 

i've done it and just told them i did the transfer online, fucked up thing is the cop said "uh, ok." and didn't think nething else of it. it was a NOB base cop. but he's still Norfolk P.D.

 

NOB base cop is not a norfolk cop, nob cop is a rent a cop DOD cop funded by the department of defence norfolk cop is funded by the city.
