I too have ticket
I have to got to court tomorrow for driving on a revoked, and fictitious plates.
i haven't had a moving violation in a year, was revoked for a non-moving, and the plates were mine but they were for my probe but on my civic. anybody have any idea what i'm looking at. oh, and this is my first driving on a revoked.Gracias..

my first, and only, weed charge, but it was well over a year ago, i didn't know it was revoked until i got pulled over. they said it got revoked after my followup for the charge, but i was never notified.

if you got the license reinstated and tell them you didn't know and you already fixed it they'll prob drop it(va beach) or they will drop it(norfolk). as for the plates, you'll have to take the heat for that one or say you didn't know they didn't belong on there. In which case the judge will know your lying and send you to jail. lol

no it wasn't insured, but he never asked. the plates were valid, just for the wrong car. I was in florida for 3 months and had bought the civic a couple days before i left, when i got back in town i was just moving the car like a mile from my house to my parents so i could work on it. I really didn't expect to catch a cop,,it's insured now, and registered and all that good stuff

that will definitely help u out. just tell him exactly that and that you halfway done with reinstating your license and he'll prob reduce the charges. just plead "no contest" to the charges. is it va beach?

I had to go to court for my cobra being Unregistered, No Inspection, No Insurance (didnt have card on me even though I had it), and Wrong plates on vehicle (had plates from my Firebird on my Cobra)..
Paid all but the insurance, had to goto court for that to prove I had it .. anyhow, none of them were even worth taking the time off of work/school to goto court for. I think the Plate one was $30-50.. I figured it'd be a huge deal, but thats it.
