How much potential does your car have?
Ya, i actually am not a huge fan of stuff like that. Like the TV show PINKS ALL OUT i get more excited watching the 11sec cars then the 9 sec cars they alwyas do simple because I know the 11sec cars are "real" cars not some tubbed out 12 point rollcage care with just the gutted body of the original car.

i mean on the stock block i could go deep in the tens with low comp. pistons, heads, cam, and a power adder
or i could swap out for a new bigger displacement block, build it for boost and make 800+whp on moderate boost in street trim
actually, now that you mention it i could go a lot of ways with an fbod. obviously none will be the best but its a competitor in any class (drag, drift, auto x, road race, top speed)

no i'm not setting boundries like that. Im just asking what you think you car is capable of becoming (with out turing it into a race car) its just something to think about.
