All the new engine internals are here so I'm taking the motor apart and dropping it off with Seth at Abacus early next week (after I pull the accessories off). I'm still waiting on the head parts (Crower S3 cams, supertech valves, etc...)

Cool.. What brand con rods?

Make sure to reroute that red power wire while you've got the engine out, it looks really out of place.

 

Look like Eagle Rods to me. Also looks like fun, I'm always up for wrenching/garage BBQ's if anyone in the Norfolk/VA Beach area ever need another set of hands.

I'm trying to keep the car as streetable as possible but it's going to be hard to do with the power numbers I want. Lag will be quite bad so the typical street light to street light runs will be a lost cause. We'll see tho.

 

What turbo will you be running?

 

Not 100% positive... Blouch Dominator III maybe. Somewhere in the territory.

ya know it amazes me that peopel will take the engines out of cars they r still making payments on.

If its paid off then ur all good.
