going ls/vtec, need some suggestions
arp head studs and rod bolts oem head gasket oh and shotpeen the rods and i would not go with a gsr head b16/type r shit is easier to find and more common the upside to a gsr head is the compression bump
use a b16 head and send it off for port and polish because more air = more horse power...... and if you can type r cams or ctrs and if you want something cheap then go gsr cams
