ARP Headstuds ( I think the GE kit comes with them, Im not sure)
ARP ROD BOLTS!!!! and shotpeened rods atleast....either that or don't rev high if you want longevity.
GE kit comes with Headgasket, so just use that one.
I'd use a b16 head, they're cheap/a dime a dozen and very efficient in stock form for what it is.
This topic has been discussed over and over though, good luck.

Like the first post said arp are very recommended with the headstuds and rod bolts. I would use a b16 head high flow without any work just maybe some jdm type r cams. And a cometic headgasket would do the job great and all of that stuff is affordable. Golden eagle has a kit you can buy that comes with the studs and their conversion kit I used it and it did wonders. But if your gonna use your stock bottom and I would recommend atleast rebuilding it. Rings and bearings and such. Good luck
I used this info when i did mines!

If you are going to be building and/or doing extensive head work, it really doesn't matter which head you use, because in the end both will flow the same and you will be using the cams of your choice. If not, I would say b18c head.
