zilva.net and nicoclub.com have all the factory service info somewheres on the site. Go to zilvia and search the 240sx bible; it should have everything u need to check voltages.

What is your fuel pressure set at? What injectors are you running? Is there a secondary ground on the maf? Are all ground points clean? How do the plugs look? Did you use any butt conectors in you wiring? Were was your timing set at? Also ditch the afc and look into nistune or the claum real time board board.
NEO IS OFF THE CAR...i've had to say that a bunch lol. its been off the car. and to answer your question fuel pressure is set to 40 psi and the timing was set to base using the dots
