Stage 3 roush is supposed to be turboed. But WAY over priced (that's roush for you), and under powered, if you ask me. I mean, if dodge can make a neon quick...

The article was written late '04 and the roush site only has a "Rally" and "Stage 1" focus. I have no idea if this will ever be in production.
