The 240sx coupe I wanted is gone, now im after a AWD turbo. I know 1g doesn't have a problem with crankwalk, and is lighter. What problems could I encounter with one. Also anywhere I can get information on what mods work better and in what order. What companies have the better mods, give best power for money. Any help is appreciated.

right now there is a 92 dsm awd in the paper for 1800 says it smokes but would be a good start. Probably head gasket or something like that. late

as for what problems to look for.. check all regular car stuff.. make sure the tranny has no problems, and that maintainance is up to date... check it for rust and such... check compression, and check for shaft play on the turbo.. as for mods... here's a rough guide off the top of my head:

stage 1: full exhaust, k&n filter, boost guage, boost controller @ 15PSI

stage 2: fuel pump, intercooler/IC pipes, datalogger, set boost based on knock.. your stock clutch will be dying by now too.... get a ACT 2600

stage 3: SAFC or your favorite fuel controller, 2G MAS, larger injectors

stage 4: turbo upgrade, cams, and any odds and ends not taken care of along the way..

stage 1 can run high 13s with a decent driver..
