Lots of local places can bend tubing, but it will be smaller diameter where it is bent. To do it the right way you need a mandrel bender, which supports the tubing inside so it will be bent without changing the diameter. These machines are expensive, and there aren't very many of them in any given area usually. This is how performance intercooler piping and exhaust components are made though.. You're trying to improve performance, not make a cheap crush bent exhaust system for a stock pickup truck.
