Need a good/cheap place to cut/weld

Default Need a good/cheap place to cut/weld
I have a turbo that has an elbow welded on the compressor outlet to face toward the passenger side. I need to have the elbow cut off and rewelded so that it faces the driver side. Anyone know of a good and reasonably priced place to get this done at? Thanks.

definetly APE. they won't charge you an arm and leg.
