Default Calling the Corvette Experts

2006 Coupe Corvette w/12,800 miles Auto. (2 owners) sitting at Suttle Dealership in Newport News, Jefferson Ave.

Question:

1- Asking price $39K. KBB price $43K. Something wrong here?

2 - Rear fender has been switch to Z06 fenders. Any issues with the value of the car? Insurance?

3 - Car has been sitting at the dealer for around a month.

BTW, the car runs good!

For around the asking price you could probably get an '08. Better car with better financing options.

well for another data point, i bought a new 2007 C6 1lt with no options for 40k in april. Thought it was a decent deal... but i think you can get a 1lt 08 for that price. The different option packages really make a big difference in the price.

For the car in question, a 2006 with 12+k miles and two owners sends up red flags in my mind.
