Default Bad O2 Sensor

Recently my front O2 sensor in my 1998 lude has gone bad. I took it off and gave it a good clean (back to its original color) and it was fine for about 100-150 more miles then it says it is bad again (check engine light came on again). It is a 4 plug so will I just be able to get another 4 plug O2 sensor from a civic/accord/any car with a 4 plug O2 sensor if the length permits and will it work properly again? Just wondering or I could just buy a brand new one, but those run kind of high. Thanks.

buying used o2 sensors is kind of.. worthless IMO

i'd buy a cheapo bosch for $20-30 before I'd buy a used one

might be covered under warrenty or try going to any honda dealership and give them your vin number and ask for any recalls or open campains. i lucky had a extended warrently on my car and they gave me a new exhaust manifold (cracked around o2 sensor), new o2 sensor, and free tune up.

warranty is out of the questions, mine expired long ago, plus a new one for mine, cheapest is 90 bucks for the plug one, then the other one where i have to cut the wires is around 50 bucks, dude I do not drive that cheap of a car to get a 20-30 doller one, I pay the price for driving a lude but I am happy with the results I get from it
