Most parts stores carry it, saw some just the other day in one. Aircraft Paint Remover is what its called, it will remove most stuff. One of hte only thing I've come across that it doesn't remove is ceramic clear coat. Its like the ceramic engine paint, but its a clear. It will remove the colored ceramic but not the clear. Absolutely nothing will remove that shit but abrasives and elbow grease.
