Where do you get "blows off the ground" from that? It did a nose wheelie from the engine braking, the back end just went along for the ride.

 

That would might be raynolds or salceda driving it. Happens i guess ?

I have seen an old school mini do it but I am not sure if they are RWD or FWD.

 

thats the turbo street car. it was jonathan. What happened was that he was a little crooked at the top of 2nd and was turning the wheel when the shift light came on. he went shifted and was putting his hand back on the wheel as fast as he could to maintain control. he held onto the shifter a tad too long and pulled it into 1st instead of 3rd.

he did a great job keeping it off the wall no matter what other people who dont know shit about the car or situation say.

 

Keeping control of a car that has enough force to nose wheelie has got to be...interesting.. I can't even imagine what the load transfer in that situation feels like and what it does to the steering geometry while trying to keep it straight.

 

This is very true. It wanted to crabwalk into the wall when he hit second, and when the rear did lift, it somehow fell back towards the center of the track.
