vq30det, its kinda like a boosted maxima motor for the nissan gloria. 280hp stock. even better would be an rb30det. rb30e block with an rb25det head or an rb26dett head. its kinda like a crvtec for nissan. a guy in australia had one in an r33 and was running low 9's and looking into 8's with a stock rb30 block.

well, ive started planning out the project. Looks likes its gonn be the usual i/h/e to start off with then start saving for cams and forged rods and such. Is it cheaper to buy an already made turbo kit or just gather parts and make one from scratch. Also will an exhuast manifold from an SR20 work or will i have to get one specificlly made for the KA motor? Finally Hotshot headers or Pacesetter i can really see any major diffrences between the 2.
