What's the major difference between the Kaaz and V6 STi RA gearsets? Power handling? There is a big price difference, there must be something I'm overlooking here..

It really comes down to power handling. The RA gears are best suited for cars around 300whp, and are not too uncommon to break, while the Kaaz gears are rated for over 500whp. The Kaaz has a straight cut 1-3 gear, which produces a loud whine, and many people do not want that, as well as them having extremely short gear ratios, including a 5th gear that buzzes around 4k at 70mph. But any gears can break when driven wrong, so I have to take it easy on these guys.
