My IAC shit the bed today so I have a wandering idle from 1200-1900RPM. I cleaned it and put it back on with the same symptoms. Looks like I get to have my first warranty work done. The IAC is the thingy that controls your idle that is on top of the throttle body. It will cost Subaru $330 for the part + labor. Hurray for problems that can't possibly be related to mods. It took Danny and I precisely 13 seconds to diagnose the problem at Perry Subaru.

Is Perry any good by the way? I have to take my WRX somewhere for warranty work, the gas gauge is messed up bad, fuel light comes on at a half a tank and stuff like that.. I'm shopping for a dealer worth going to..

It really made me feel good and motivated me when you all noticed and complimented me. I just hope that I keep the exercise up so that when im back thanksgiving, I can surprise all my friends who I havent seen since summer!
