Does the ticket itself actually say reckless? Sometimes even if it is more than 20 over the cop won't write it as reckless.

Go ahead and ask to see the radar, the answer will be no. I don't know where this came from, but in Va, you don't get to see the radar readout on the counting unit.

-talk to your recuirter, see what he says, take him to court with you maybe.

 

Well..the key is to get someone with a hookup on a calibration - to say that your speedometer is off...(most likely your car isn't, if it is, it's probably only a mph or two). You need someone to hook you up with 8 or 9 off, otherwise, you're wasting your time. But def take the class...sign up soon. AND MOST IMPORTANT...DONT FORGET YOUR COURT DATE. A no-show will put you deeper in trouble.
