so you were slowing down, then looked at your speedo and it read 65. in that split second time frame in between you seeing the cop and hitting your brakes, then looking down at the speedo, your car couldve easily slowed down 7-13 mph...easily. so im sure the cop was right. but either way, youre stupid.
