Speed chase?
Any loss of life sucks.
The curve there at the crash location is easily misjudged and very unforgiving. I have what I would call above average driving skill and above average knowledge of the local roadways...thats a nasty curve at speed. The interstate is banked and angled for drainage not high speed turns. That curve bites a lot of cars.

RIP to another fallen rider. REGARDLESS of the circumstances.

and incase you forgot what you said on page 2 ill show you......
Tough shit.
For all of you that want to keep up the weepy fucking line that "He made a mistake", I've got some news for you:
He made a conscious fucking decision to run from the cops.
Too fucking bad.
It's the same concept as people that are running from the cops on foot and turn around and pull "something" out of their jacket and then the cop blows them away.
I'm glad he's gone and the only thing that brings more joy to me is that he didn't take anyone with him which would have been the real tragedy.

SMOKEY is talking about the guy who went down yesterday on I-464, not the rider who has been discussed throughout the majority of this thread.
doing well over 100...just plain dumb...few weeks ago i went to a motorcycle accident for a guy eluding police clocked at 165. took an offramp at over 100 and flew across 6 lanes of road....guy lived only complaining of ankle pain...after i took him to the hospital he had a broken leg and broken back after x-rays. people do stupid shit and its there own damn fault. me=no sympathy
