Speed chase?
i think it was stupid as hell to run from the cops and i do think he should have gotten punishment but not getting chased till he hits a car and endanger more lives on the road. so R.I.P ricky and prayers out to his family also.
That's fine that you feel that way. Nobody said you have to support it, or like it. Although it's none of your business the ride is for his mother more than anything. Ricky acted dumb that night, but it dosen't change that he was a good son. He was supporting his mom who lives in Mass, and we are trying to help raise money for her to deal/cover any final costs that he had/she will run into. So thanks for your two cents, everybody knows your opinion on the matter. LET IT GO.
Tough shit.
For all of you that want to keep up the weepy fucking line that "He made a mistake", I've got some news for you:
He made a conscious fucking decision to run from the cops.
Too fucking bad.
It's the same concept as people that are running from the cops on foot and turn around and pull "something" out of their jacket and then the cop blows them away.
I'm glad he's gone and the only thing that brings more joy to me is that he didn't take anyone with him which would have been the real tragedy.

The curve there at the crash location is easily misjudged and very unforgiving. I have what I would call above average driving skill and above average knowledge of the local roadways...thats a nasty curve at speed. The interstate is banked and angled for drainage not high speed turns. That curve bites a lot of cars.
