It is almost like we need to start sending a message to criminals and evil people alike.

when the court case is irrefutable- such as child molesters, where the evidence is conclusive, or drug dealers who committ violent crimes, they need to be tortured, and not just tortured, but brought back to the light, and then tortured again. and the evidence should be public...

so it is without question- this kind of act is UNACCEPTABLE.

I used to be able to look out my back window and look down Janice Lynn, definitely hits close to him. And I know of other things like this, where innocent people have been attacked in that neighborhood.
