I was there that night and my buddy actually had it on video. But he has moved and I have lost contact with him. Did they ever catch the guy in the civic?

I see the guy in the Civic around town all the time. He drives an '02 or '03 hatchback with a body kit bondo'ed to the rest of the body - unpainted. I do not know whether he has been caught or not.
