Remember AMES?

I was curious if anyone around here went to AMES a few years ago.

A tragic racing incident occurred there when an RX-7 raced a Civic, and a vehicle collided with a bystander in July of 2003. No one came to Ames afterward.

Does anything along the lines of this go on anywhere else in Hampton Roads?

nothing. 12-12-2004 11:24 AM

Plenty of racing goes on in that very same location. Go check it out.

There is a ton of racing going on at that location. It's indoors though. And it's in go-karts. And it's way more fun that ripping through a parking lot. :)

Hah, yeah... A lot of racing goes on there. I live fairly close to there.

I haven't even raced at AIK, yet. My friends race there a lot, and they say it's a huge rush. It's too EXPENSIVE in my opinion...
