Yes, bystanders are getting hit every week in Hampton Roads, you just need to look harder.

OMG well see what happened was a civic and rx7 raced.

and the rx7 driver sucked so i woke up on the ground. and couldnt move.

i was also in the accident, and no nothing really goes on in that area other than indoor karting...........
