Default Pilot Power tires..

Does anyone have a tire changing machine or know anyone that works on bikes? My friend is too busy to change my tires on my bike and I'm tryin' to have them changed and ready by bike week which I leave this Sat. morning. Trying to save some money instead of goin to a shop. Or if ya know a cheap place around here. I'll be calling around today.
thanks,
