you aren't going to find that here, seriously. For a forum that will def help with integras team-integra.net is the place to be. they have a lot of good info and diy articles.
integras are easy cars to work on though. ditch the tails pronto. I hate them things (but of course it's your car)

since everyone else is suggesting what you should do to your car i guess i'll chime in as well. lose the taillights, lose the wheels, lose the wing, and that's all i can see from that one pic you posted.
