Default Need VW Help

Ok... I had to remove the seats while installing the cabling for the stereo system. I started the car while the seats were removed (NOTE: AIRBAG SENSORS ALSO DISCONNECTED). Now, after everything is reconnected, I have an AIRBAG light on the cluster. I called the stealership, and they want $117 to "RESET" the fault code.

So, here is the help part... Does anyone have the ability or know someone who does have the ability to reset this effing fault code? Preferrably BEFORE my wife makes me sleep in the car?

Check out Vagcom!

Buy a cheap vagcom cable and download the software from http://www.ross-tech.com/.

From what I'm told, that is the only alternative to going to the dealership to reset it.
