I also love it when people say Norfolk's ghetto. Smooshie Butt is probably the best person that could chime in considering he worked in VB and Norfolk when he worked for Cox. There are just as many if not more ghettos in VB. All of the rich neighborhoods in Norfolk are old and hidden unlike VB and Chesapeake where the houses were just built less than 5 years ago and all newer houses IMO are pieces of shit.

Quite frankly I've seen more people on this board get their shit broken into/stolen/whatever in VB and areas other than Norfolk. I'm not trying to start a fight, but if you don't know where the "nicer" neighborhoods are you aren't going to see them.
