So Dan did he try to pull someone over? Or did he just have the lights in the back?

This reminds me of the other night when I was going down 64 towards Richmond. I see this older white unmarked Jeep Cherokee come haulin ass down the interstate with all blue lights in the front and rear windshields as well as a siren. He got off one of the exits and went about his way. I thought it was the weirdest thing.

I'm not an officer, so I don't know too much, but from what I've learned over the years by befriending a few officers and talking forever with them about this shit: Yes, it could be an unmarked unit because as I'm sure we all know, the most unexpected car can turn out to be a cop car. As far as it being federal, probably not. Federal agencies do have lights in their vehicles, but they are seldom used.

I would probably say it's just an unmarked car.

I do know that in NN they have a unit of WHITE Mustangs as unmarked cars, haven't heard about red ones. I suppose it is possible tho. One thing I have heard from an officer friend is that they only use US model cars.

Light kits are available to any officer who has the balls to request them (usually vice squads and drug units) to place in impounded vehicles before auction or anything else in the fleet. Some are simple with just lights to the back deck and some to the dash or sun visors. No one does that Dragnet crap with putting a bubblegum machine out the window onto the roof.

One of my agents has no lights in his car other than a set that attached with velcro straps to the front sun visors. He's not gonna be bothered with a traffic stop though. Then again, if he's driving me to your place, you're really not gonna have a good day and not gonna have to worry about tomorrow.

He's real. I saw that one a few years ago nailing people. A full uniformed SP was driving it.

If this isn't a cop doing this it could be very, very dangerous. There have been reports of people impersonating authorities and kidnapping/rapping/killing women.

Good lokoing out

Hopefully something good will come of this.
