i saw someone get pulled over by that same mustang on 264 like 2 weeks ago it shocked me like crazey i think its a real undercover .. there starting to blend in more ):

Dang, my Red 2000 V6 Mustang with tints is now in the garage for a while, going to say the license plates got stolen and go ahead and change that out

While heading down 264E today I came up to a red 99/00 V6 Mustang. I was behind the car for a lil bit until he turned on some red and blues. I was speeding and backed off thinking it was an undercover car that just gave me a warning. As I sat back a lil bit and watched traffic go by, I witnessed a Lexus cut him off and then a SUV fly by him doing 80+. Right then I figured something was up because he did not react or pursue these people. I called the cops once I got to work and they are looking into it.
If you all happen to have someone in a Red Mustang turn it's lights on, call the Highway Patrol and let them know.
