Box squats plus those...I win!...again!

For those not in the "know", that is a "glute ham raise". It trains your glutes and hamstrings. A great exercise to follow squats or deadlifts.

I actually really liked it. It gave me a kind of soreness that I haven't felt before.

I am aware. Dieting is the biggest part of it. But I want to follow that up with a bulking cycle and put 15-20lbs back on. Remove extra fat, replace with muscle.

smolov squat cycle. That'll get you sore. And add 75 pounds to your max in 10 weeks.
