Meathead Gyms (Curves didnt like me)
I was thinking about one of those hot yoga classes. I am kinda sketched out about getting my heart rate up lately. I have bloodwork to get done today but I started playing basketball last week and I ended up having upper intestinal bleeding and I'm going to get bloodwork done today and prolly a upper GI. But I was all gung ho on starting to play bball and start running and getting fit again. And now I'm all sketched out. A guy a I work with has been going to the hot yoga and he said he loves it. He's not in as good a shape as I am but he said he's noticably dropped extra pounds and feels great.

Brute Strength gym, it's about as bad ass as a gym can get. It will make the best Gold's gym look like a Curves.
Edit: that face the pain gym looks like it won't live up to it's name.

Come on in and check it out. I train there. There's a solid crew that trains there at~5pm-730pm. If you are looking to run on a treadmill and ect, this isn't the gym for you. There are no treadmills there, although they do have a bike or two and a few elipticals. They have dumbells that go to 200's, every piece of strongman equipment, kettle bells to 100+, deadlift platforms, power racks...

Awesome. My goal is to drop 15lbs then bulk back up. Working on building my diet right now. I am going to swing by tomorrow and check out membership pricing and what not.
