Looking for a good .22 LR rifle, any suggestions?
Savage Mark II, probably can find them under $400.
Most accurate rifle ever tested by numerous magazines/gun testers.
If that's out of the price range, go with a 10/22. I have literally a million rounds out of mine and I've never cleaned it, accurate as ever.
A juvenile what?

okay, nice. thanks for the suggestions. yes, no air rifle, i have a co2 handgun and nice rifle already. i have a h&r mod.922 revolver and an older rifle. its been so long since i fired the rifle i cant remember its make and model. they are both 22lr. im looking for something new i can put some money into and make a mean looking gun out of. i think the 10/22 will be a nice choice...
If you want a ricer gun, then the 10/22 is definitely your best bet.
If you want the best .22LR on the market, the Savage is hands down.

I'm not saying they don't have their advantages, but to pick a air rifle over a .22LR anything is silly.
