Looking for a good .22 LR rifle, any suggestions?

Default Looking for a good .22 LR rifle, any suggestions?

I have been looking at Ruger 10/22 rifles. i like the wide market of accessories and its cheap factory price. anyody have any other suggestions?? my budget is 100-200

Yep, Ruger 10/22 is the way to go for sure at that price range.

The Ruger 10/22 is nearly impossible to beat, but if you're interested in something with a little more soul, I recommend the Henry GoldenBoy:





They have an awesome trigger squeeze and are very accurate.

EDIT: Nevermind that recommendation. This is definitely out of your budget.

at that caliber just get an air rifle and save $ on ammo

I have a .177 break barrel air rifle with a scope and it is more than efficient for knocking down squirrels at 25yards!!! With PBA pellets they travel at 1200fps.

yup, theyre not so bad at all. gammo also makes a couple decent rifles

I bought the Crosman G1 Extreme. 100$ at Dicks sporting goods. 1000fps with regular lead. 1200fps with Gammo PBA pellets.
