i go to tread quarters on centerville road...the guys there are cool and know me pretty well since i was in there a lot at the beginning trying to unfuck my steering problems that the lady before me had caused.

just had my new accident fixed by Chesapeake Front end something...off Tilden rd right next too Excutive Collision i think, he did my stuff up nice after he fixed it the first time and i brought it back to him cause the CV axle was bent, i got the part and he installed it free...cause well it was his fault, he didn't see it the first time.......great guy good to do business with if you fuck up your front end suspension or alignment or what not.

his paralegal is Cheri good lady...
They are working my accident case and specialize on personal injury but prolly will entertain any other cases available. Slipow has been reffered to me by many people who know him and hes actually a fill in judge for va beach... so he knows his shit.

see this is what the world has come to, you shouldnt have to do shit like this... good idea, but digital camera photos dont hold up in court because they can be easily modified

Well i am trying to stay out of court if possible. I have a witness that was there with me and we saw the guy drive my car up the side street way too fast. But anyway i just filed a Formal Complaint with the BBB, hopefully that will fix the situation. They are usually pretty good with stuff like this. Anyone in here a lawyer him/herself?

I use Digital camera's. makes it easier to view. Try to have them sigh the pictures if you can at all.... LOL....
This is a good idea, but I'd reccommend using a Polaroid camera, simply because it's something that can't be altered, and yeah, you can get it signed by them to verify.

It's sad that people even have to go this far, but eh, what can you do by err on the side of caution.
