so heres the deal i got caught racing with a friend on 95 in woodbridge so i need a lawyer now anyone no some one cheap i dont have much money now

You will get a bunch of mailings from law firms soon, so choose the cheapest one of those mailings and go from there.

yea sometimes they do....i got a bunch before my court date.

mason law firm across from the juvenile court house in fairfax. my buddy got charged for wreckless, driving on suspended x2 and his lawyer (i forgot his name) got it down to just driving on suspended and got the two other charges dropped for 800

 

The law firms go thru or have a subscription to a database that Fairfax County and the rest of VA uses. When you get ticketed, 3 days after the ticket you will have an online profile that you can access online through the VA Courts System (link to this system used to be on the DragVA main page under the law link, I don't know if its still there since the main page was redesigned though). Anytime a judgement, a continuance, etc. occurs it shows up on your profile on the next business day.

Was this your first time? I hope it is. Because if its not the lawyer won't be able to do much. Also trying post poning it as much as possible. If you can postpone it by a third time the officer usually wont show and the state wont have much of a case without his testimony.

 

damn i hope the best for you incourt my friend just got his DL back after a year of losing it due to racing one word for you dont keep pushing the court date it will piss them off cause what happen was 3 cars they all were going like 90 mph or so and these cops got them all the other two people got 6 month rest. DL and couple hunder in fines he got a 1 loss of dl and couple thou. cause they took the first sentce the judge gave them and he keep pushing that he was not street racing and then went to court in from of a jury and got burnt.....so best of luck to you hope all works out
