I Need A Lawyer!!!
Ok guys here is the deal. About 2 months ago i took my 240 to treadquarters on mercury blvd to have 2 front tires put on. It was pouring down raining and dark. The next morning when i was on break at work i noticed the damage and called TQ's as soon as i got home. After 4 or 5 weeks of being shoveled around to different people, an insurance adjuster got ahold of me. He appraised the car at 1000+ in damages. (The driver that worked on my car came up the driveway, which has a huge dip, way too fast. He cracked my bumper and buckled my fenders as a result of his stupidity.) After receiving the appraisal, i received a letter from them a week later stating that they were denying my claim. The manager of TQ's and the employees denied damaging the car, and the claim was dropped because of lack of evidence. The day it happened was a wednesday, and the sunday before that i was at the richmond dragway. I, as wells as the guys i went with would have noticed the dents (softball sized) if they were already there. So now i am stuck having to pay for the damage that was caused because another person wanted to drive my car fast instead of just doing the job i asked them to do. I want to sue them to fix my car and pay for the crap they have put me through trying to get this taken care of. Does anyone know of a good Lawyer that may be able to help me out, or tell me how to go about this. Thank you in advance, and sorry for the long post.

I think you just hurt them enough by posting that on here. I am boycotting TQs for this and I think everyone else who has a modded car should not do business with them. Talk to a lawyer man. You should be able to talk to one free of charge and he will tell you what can be done.

while were on the subject, i would advise no one to go to the firestone on military hwy, right next to freedom ford. a while back i went there to get an alignment and dropped my car off there. little did they know i lived about a 30 second walk down the street. about an hour after i dropped it off i see my car go wizzin down the street, i figured they were just checking the alignment. and about three hours after that my car comes down my "residential street", 25 mph, doing about 80mph. then they call me an hour after that just to tell me they cant align it because its to low. boy i was heated. but everythings even now...

Here's an advise. Always take pictures of your mileage, gas, and intire car + damage if there is any. and after the car is taken car of. take pictures again making making sure this time if there any changes. I use Digital camera's. makes it easier to view. Try to have them sigh the pictures if you can at all.... LOL....
