trust me, i was in a rage..i was like, thats it...im burning that house down, if i cant have it NO ONE CAN, haha.....but im not an idiot so i got back out there and started looking some more, but ive done fired the realtor cause i havent talked to her in 3 weeks, bitch went to spain and didnt tell a god damn person. so i got a new realtor and shes on top of shit.
one thing that does suck, i so miss my car.....sold it so i could buy a house and not dump any more money in it and having the money in the bank is a good thing just in case something happens, plus im gonna need a butt ton of shit for the new crib. but id rather park my shitty car in my own motherfucking garage, ill have another decent car someday. house is more important at the moment, life is moving forward, i aint getting any younger. and i gots to have some place to house the future wife before too long.

Im working with a guy I met from a few friends off TidewaterRacing. Hung out with the guy a handful of times and now he is my loan officer.

Ive also got an agent, Chris Allan of Nancy Chandler, and this guy is like the guys above are described, the go to guy. This guy is a pitbull when it comes to things, ive been very impressed with the both of them. Hell the guy came to me one night while I was bartending and had a listing that hit the market at like 5PM that day, he checked it out for me and took a bunch of pictures on his camera (printed them out as well) and came to my bar so I could see it. I liked it, he drove back to the office then back to the bar so we could do the paper work so I could put in a bid on it.
Infact tommorow im looking at 8 different places ..... on the pennisula (OHNOES!)

The Realtor doesn't really have anything to do with the loan. All the Realtor does is negotiate costs, circumstances and agreements, from there a load officer or a broker handles the application for the loan.
Well they said everything would be fine even though im young. Im buying the house for my mom, its not really expensive, i actually like it because of its location.
I'm so upset right now because for me and my mom right now it would be the perfect location to have a house but any ways.
So everything was good, then they started bs'n saying that i have to many assest and that my age is a factor. and now there shit on my credit report that doesnt even belong.
So now im prayng to god no one else is looking at this house becuase we really need it. My moms like the one of the BIG people Over at that new kohls so this house is perfect for her.

Dxplicitone is a mortgage broker on here, hes out of state but hes a no bullshit go getter guy, very professional and doesnt take bullshit from people who dont want to do business in an effective way, will work with you on financing options, makes sure your not getting fucked somehow, he looks out for his clients. message him and ask questions, when he is actually on here im sure he would answer you back. pm me if youd like his number like NOW.
DonVizMe on this board is my localmortgage broker ,you should message him and talk with him, great guy,very professional and cool person and is on top of shit and will make sure you get the best rate, and he will bust ass if you need to close on a house fast to make sure it gets done. hit him up, he can take care of you. pm me if your wanting a number and a person to talk to like NOW cause he is always available.

^ Yeah... he and his (now wife) lisa made the drive there/back w/ me and Adam. Sonny's a good guy... was almost killed earlier this year in a motorcycle accident... was in a coma for 3 weeks. Amazing he's vertical.
