So the loan company Im working with for my moms house are a bunch of assholes and keep dicking me around because of my age income and assets.

Due to that we may lose the house we are trying to close on.

What mortgage companies and or loan officers are you working with.

Dxplicitone is a mortgage broker on here, hes out of state but hes a no bullshit go getter guy, very professional and doesnt take bullshit from people who dont want to do business in an effective way, will work with you on financing options, makes sure your not getting fucked somehow, he looks out for his clients. message him and ask questions, when he is actually on here im sure he would answer you back. pm me if youd like his number like NOW.

its a damn good feeling when your just out with the realtor looking at houses knowing you could buy that shit if you wanted too. im still hunting, last house i got fucked on. someone came over top of my offer by 3k and before i had a chance to make another offer they sold that shit, man i was so fucking pissed.

trust me, i was in a rage..i was like, thats it...im burning that house down, if i cant have it NO ONE CAN, haha.....but im not an idiot so i got back out there and started looking some more, but ive done fired the realtor cause i havent talked to her in 3 weeks, bitch went to spain and didnt tell a god damn person. so i got a new realtor and shes on top of shit.


one thing that does suck, i so miss my car.....sold it so i could buy a house and not dump any more money in it and having the money in the bank is a good thing just in case something happens, plus im gonna need a butt ton of shit for the new crib. but id rather park my shitty car in my own motherfucking garage, ill have another decent car someday. house is more important at the moment, life is moving forward, i aint getting any younger. and i gots to have some place to house the future wife before too long.
