Hampton Gun Show
I picked this up for about $350:

I shot it, and I'm getting a failure to feed problem with it. I think I have some bad magazine. Tomorrow, I shall see.
Wow, a little less than a year ago you gave me all sorts of shit for my purchase of a Walther P99. Also, the AS model isn't a DAO trigger, it's unique with the anti-stress feature, but fires of the basis of SA/DA.

Since it is, though, I've become quite enamored with the Walther P99C and the Kahr PM45. The Walther is less expensive and a little easier to find. It has a rail for light/laser, and has a good solid feel. The DAO trigger is a little stiff, but that's okay for a last-chance gun.
Pass Background Check ($2, at least when you purchase a weapon but might be included with the class)
Apply for CCW Permit through city you live in ($50)
You don't need to take the class but I would because they do teach you some about concealed carry and when/where you can and cannot carry. The class is just the cities way to know you know how to safely handle a firearm.
