Since it is, though, I've become quite enamored with the Walther P99C and the Kahr PM45. The Walther is less expensive and a little easier to find. It has a rail for light/laser, and has a good solid feel. The DAO trigger is a little stiff, but that's okay for a last-chance gun. You can also choose a QA (quick action) model that's not as stiff.

The only reason I might choose the Kahr over it is because it uses the .45ACP. Aside from that, I'd go with the Walther all day.
That Kahr looks like an interesting piece of kit but I’ve heard really mixed reviews about the reliability of their products.

Now, since a VAST majority of super .38 shooters reload, you'll see that it happens more frequently with them.

Again, the issue you're bringing up is not particular to Glocks, nor is it even prevalent in Glocks.

It's like trying to say that a particular make of car is shitty because it doesn't run well when you put water in the gas tank.

Your right on there.....shitty reload ammo.....

Ill be looking for a G21SF and a G36.

That's why I love the .45ACP so much.

I prefer .357Sig to .40S&W.

No. There is no way by ANY stretch of the imagination that you can rationally say that mixing alcohol and guns is a good idea. Ever.

So... just moved down here to VA from NY, and just wondering what the gun laws were like here. I see mention of a concealed carry course... Is that all you need? NY is freaking ridiculous!

You have to be a virginia resident or military with PCS orders here, too. Take the class and pass a background check and that's it.

Thank you... Also they make the +P+ which is 20-25% greater than any regular bullet, therefore making the 9mm prime.....but im sure everybody already knows this. I love the gun and do not regret purchasing it. I have put 800 rounds through it and have had no problems.

And like I said, my next gun will be the Springfield XD40 3 inch or the Kimber Ultra Carry 2.
