I work at Hall honda, so if anyone would know it would be someone from there. I will have to ask around tomorrow, but I hvae not heard anything of the sorts, and we just had a big meeting yesterday with all the big wigs.

I heard 75 million was the walk-away figure plus Mr. Hall gets to keep all the land - not a bad deal at all. After taxes on 75 mil he should have around $30 mil in his pocket plus a nice monthly income as a landlord.

75 Mil plus the value of the land might put it in the 267 mil zone.

i work for hall, and the way it works, is Mr Hall owns all the buildings and the land, and we pay him "rent" every month. Every dealership does. so if thats how its working out, that would be nice for him.

 

Ok we actually had a meeting just because of this post today at work. Hall has not been sold. Companies are always trying to buy it, but never come up with the 250mil. This is coming from the man right below ken hall. So this post is just a rumor. and you hva ethe wrong company name that was in the talkings about buying.
