It's worse than ass especially when you're the insurance adjuster. I had customers who should have been a weeks repair have their car there for 2 months in some cases. Hall is slow and disorganized and they will not pick up the rental car bill even when the delays are their fault. They have customers sign a waiver and pay the insurance money up front, most people don't pay attention to what their signing. When their rental runs out with the insurance company they get super upset and us. The "good" shops will not take your money (other than a parts deposit) until you are happy with the work and if the repair delays were their fault they will pick up the balance of your rental.

my best friend was getting his civic si fixed and i sent him directly to the service director for the company. even then he got treated like shit. even being my best friend and me being entry level managment in the hall company, it still took them like a month to replace a fender and front bumper.

and he got the same rental car run around.

not much will change except for the structuring of their management staff...
sales n service employees need not worry... they NEED you.
