The judge with usually give you jail time that is suspended so if you fuck up again you will come back and serve that time. My other advice to you is. Dont drive again till you get your license back. If you get a habitual offender, your sorry ass will be going to jail for quite a while. Oh and one other thing... tell the judge good morning and that you would like to start off saying that you are sorry for your offenses and you are getting everything taken care of like you should have in the first place. Alot of judge's will respect a man that can admit that he fucked up and is willing to work on it.

I'm going to court for driving on a suspended license because I don't bother to read my mail... which makes me an idiot. The day I went to go pay my fines and get my license reinstated, I got pulled. Ironic as a motherfucker.
